Rustic Rye boule
The most iconic of all French breads. Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, this bread will take you back to a simpler time in the French countryside where all you needed to feel nourished was bread and wine.
Crafted with organic French whole wheat flour.
Sourdough boule or loaf
Made from a naturally grown French sourdough starter, this bread has a rich flavor, soft texture and is perfect for toasts and sandwiches. It will last for several days if well kept (but we seriously doubt it will last that long).
Baguette tradition or epi
The most French of all well-known French breads. Our Baguettes beget tradition. This bread highlights centuries-old French craftsmanship to give you a perfectly crusty but oh-so-chewy combo that pairs perfectly with just about everything. Available in three versions: traditional, epi and 9 grains.
Multigrain boule or loaf
Recognizable by its beautifully browned crust rolled in grains, this bread is a mix between a boule Paris 1920 and a german bread. It is made with a mixture of organic whole wheat flour and 13 grains (flax, sunflower, poppy, sesame, and pumpkin seeds, FAUT CHERCHER LES AUTRES GRAINES).
The ciabatta is a traditional Italian bread made all the better with our French imported flour. Its shape is wider and thinner than a baguette with a light and airy inside. Available in three flavors: plain, parmesan and Herbs de Provence. Ciabatta tip: dip the bread in some high-quality olive oil and your senses will be transported to the Mediterranean.
Want a unique and totally delicious bread for a dinner party? Look no further than our specialty breads! There are flavors for all types: Roasted whole garlic baguette, garlic & cheese baguette, bacon & cheese baguette, pumpernickel boule and walnut & cranberry boule. These guys have so much flavor, you won’t even need the cheese and charcuterie platter (but we wouldn’t blame you for bringing some anyway!)
The brioche is a golden buttery and slightly sweet French bread, made with an egg and butter mixture. The texture is puffy and soft. Really tasty, you can eat the brioche plain, toasted or sliced with butter and jam on. Let it dry out for a couple days and it turns into the perfect loaf for French toast! This product is made to order and requires a 48h notice. Available in loaf, pullman and buns.
Gluten-Free bread (coming soon)
Because our bread is so delicious, it breaks our hearts to know some people can’t enjoy it. That’s why we’ve developed our very own Gluten Free bread recipe using a special ingredient from France. We are still working on making it perfect, it’s not quite yet ready to meet all the gluten free bread lovers out there but come back soon for more updates!
Light and airy with ultra buttery crust, soft interior and gold, it’s perfect for a lovely breakfast or a nice snack. Plain, Sweet Plain, chocolate, almond, raisin, ham & cheese, spinach & feta… There is something every taste here, whether you prefer sweet or salty!
As a French bakery, we propose of course the famous and delicious french macaron! Lemon, chocolate, lavender, raspberry, blueberry, passion fruit, vanilla, coconut, pistachio, sea salt caramel, s’mores… The hardest is too choose… especially knowing that you also have cookies, financier, coconut Rocher, canelé, citrus Tart, muffins, opera Cake, chocolate eclair, diplomate…
